The Rogano Meeting is limited to 100 participants to ensure a supportive and focused learning environment.
Invitations are to centers or groups, ideally comprising one expert researcher (professor), one postdoctoral researcher, two advanced PhD researchers and two novice PhD students (a team of six in total). At the core of the programme is the opportunity for doctoral students and new post-doctoral researchers to seek scholarly debate about specific questions or problems they face in their research. Each presenter is given 30 minutes to do so.
We will also be seeking a small number of workshop submissions for parallel workshops of two hours each.

- 31 May: Deadline for registration, payment should be made before this date

A full program will be provided from Thursday 31stof August and 1st of September 2017 at 0830 until Friday 1st of September at 1400, including coffee breaks, one lunch, Thursday dinner and refreshments.
A highlight of the program will be a networking dinner on Thursday at Restaurant Sipuli, a gastronomic flagship establishment of the Finnish Food and drink located at the seaside in the Helsinki City Center.
The currency for paying the registration fee/s is in GBPs and not in Euros as previously informed. Finland is a Euro country. However, ASME (situated in Edinburgh, Scotland) takes care of the registration fees, and using Euros would have caused additional costs for the participants. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience!
The participation fees in GBPs are as follows: £260 per participant, £1300 per group of six, and thereafter £260 per each participant.
